Park Rules

Please respect the rights of others and comply by the following:
  • Open from dawn until dusk.
  • Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Abusive or foul language is prohibited.
  • People under the influence of controlled substances are prohibited from the premises
  • No glass containers or other glass items allowed.
  • Littering is prohibited. BRING IT IN. TAKE IT OUT.
  • Dangerous practices prohibited at all times.
  • Willful damage or destruction to equipment/facilities prohibited.
  • Use of equipment/facilities at own risk.
  • Excessive noise prohibited.
  • No motorized vehicles, snowmobiles or ATV's, may be used on park grounds.
  • Absolutely NO HUNTING or weapons of any kind allowed.
  • All pets must be on a leash.
  • Clean up after your pet and remove excrement from the premises.
  • The Town is not responsible for lost items.
  • Failure to comply may result in penalty, loss of privilege, arrest, and/or fine.
